Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have the opportuinty today to contribute to the betterment of the world, by being kind, by thinking before I act or speak, as my words and actions show the world who I am. My words have to power to soothe each person I meet as a mothers lullaby does, so I choose words of encouragement, carry an attitude of acceptance in my heart and know each person is here to express consciousness in their perfect way. My goal is to enjoy how each person is expressing their divine light. Witnessing each path, every soul walks, as something I am albe to learn from makes my days an adventure. Today I am grateful to be visiting my mom in Utah connecting with her in body, mind and spirit, to get to witness her as perfect just the way she is, ill, getting older and still the lady who made me, for understanding that time is the best gift I can give my mom as well as cooking her favourite meals and a bit of cleaning and for the lovely road trip Robert Cerins and I are on right now where we have seen the redwoods on the coast of California, the deserts of Nevada and we even found a small hot spring in Tecopa, CA near the Nevada border, we found this hotspring as a fluke just driving a back road to get off the big highways where road trips are way more fun. So our prayer was answered and we got to be soothed by the water mother earth heats for us to enjoy. Thank you for enjoying your road trips today where ever they lead you. Thank you for being here.
