In order for me to have a well lived life it is important to me to be in touch with the gift of Intuition given to me by Universal Love. For me intuition is my ability to connect to my heart and the hearts of others from distances great and small. My heart was formed way before my brain when I was still in my mom. When I take the time to connect to my heart I am more in tune with my intuition and the benefit of that is I make way better decisions.

Everyone’s body emits an electromagnetic field. When I tune in with my intuition it seems to me I am able to sense with my heightened intuition my own electromagnetic energy and the electromagnetic energy of others. Sometimes I have hugged people who have made my skin crawl so I do not hug them again. Then other times I have received hugs that have warmed me to my core. To me, my sense of intuition is a gift I need to hone by paying attention to my own intuitional feelings and responses.

My intuition is also my early warning system. At the tender age of 21 I was in the washroom of the church where I was about to get married putting on my flimsy wedding dress, my intuition asked me “what was I doing getting ready to marry this man?” Me or my intuition answered with a heartfelt response which was “I said I would” (people in my life when was growing up had not always kept their word and I was cut to the core when that happened to me) so I finished putting on that unremarkable & shiny dress bravely stood up at the alter, repeated my simple vows & said “I do.” That marriage only lasted three years but I always remember that I did not listen to my intuition at all that day. The gift of that whole marriage and my memory is I worked on a continuous journey since then to connect to my intuition and heart so from this moment forward I always listen to my intuition, heart, and or gut as they are all connected to my brain through the vagus nerve.

Intuition is my friend and I thank intuition for continuing to reveal to me the truths I need to witness to grow into the enlightened being I am aiming at becoming. It is up to me to ask the questions I need answers to so I have the opportunity to learn to follow my intuitive heart.
