In my exploration of how to keep my earthly meat suit fit and healthy so that I am flexible and energetic all if my days. Having explored The Standard American diet, being raw vegan for three years then I went keto and now I am a mix of keto and carnivore. I love changing my eating plan and seeing how my body responds.

For my body raw vegan was the worst! I lost five teeth in those three years and since I gave up that dumb diet plan I have kept all the teeth I had left. So please listen to your amazing body when changing your eating plan.

Today I eat animal protein, grass fed raw milk cheeses and organic vegetables that grow above the ground. I also eat an apple a day to keep the doctor away. Best of luck to you finding your perfect eating plan.
