Affirmation, Gratitude and Plumbing

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) embrace silence today. A couple times through out this day I take a few moments to connect to the calm silence of my heart. My heart is my electromagnetic center thousands of times more powerful than my brain, beating out the rhythm of my life. I focus on my powerful heart, as connecting to the silence of the Universal Source Of Love, nourishes my heart, mind and spirit. I allow all love to enter my being and I am connected to my heart 100%. I am a lightening rod for love. My life is lived in dedication to being kind, loving, patient and accepting. Love is an action word, Love is service, Love is Listening to me and everyone else, Love is focusing on one thing at a time in the present moment, connecting to all life. Knowing all is sacred. Thank you for being here today. Thank you for sharing your all knowing self with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)
Today I am grateful for plumbers and septic tank emptying people as for the last few days our plumbing was backed up it is wonderful to have the situation resolved, as I write, right now, in the background noise, there is the sweet sound of the septic tank emptying truck humming along removing the waste from the tank that services our home, Gratitude Dance, for the plumbers coming before our Robert’s Day Party and unclogging the plumbing so that our guests would be comfortable and for the wonderful evening spent with family drinking homemade black berry wine, eating pizza, buckwheat vege burgers, tuna casserole made like my brother in laws Bob Tustian mom use to make, it was yummy, and saffron bread for dessert made by my mother in law Vija. Robert’s dad Robert even played my Harmonium for a while and played a tune on it that his wife Vija could recognize. It was a lovely night. Thank you for your valuable time. Thank you for bringing joy into my life. I Love You. ♥ :~)

Sharing drinks with family and friends warms the heart.
