Today’s Affirmation is from my new book. Healing My Heart After Domestic Abuse
Affirmation Fifteen
I meditate to connect to the energy source that started my heart beating when I was in the womb. In my mind’s eye there is a clear image of the tiny cells of my body filling with the violet light of compassion and patience.
It is my pleasure to get to expand my conscious mind with the time tested method of quietly sitting alone, breathing deeply focusing on the inner light of love that is my core. My intuition is ignited by the Universe’s violet light, causing in my heart a tingly feeling of safety.
I can increase the amount of love in my life by being loving to me. I approve of me. I enjoy me. I think about the parts of me that I am proud of. I feel the emotions of worthiness wash over me like a spring wind, triggering me to feel bold. It is within my realm of influence, to remind myself of my infinite value over and over again until I feel as confidant as a Guru.
I am a courageous child of the Universe and the Universe exists to fill me with love.

Today I am grateful for getting my Reiki Master Certificate, so I can now practice Reiki and help other people learn Reiki, Gratitude Dance, for finishing my book that is going to print this coming Monday (there will also be an e-book) called Healing My Heart After Domestic Abuse with a subtitle that reads Personalized Affirmations To Remind Me Of My Exquisiteness, as my dream of becoming an author must start sometime and for getting to be full time at the Duncan Farmers Market for the entire summer season selling Robert Cerins Original Art To Wear hand painted earrings and pendants and maybe my book too!
