Affirmation, Gratitude and Clean Water

Vlog #80 is about the reminding us to trust ourselves and today I am grateful for having a permit pulled for toxic soil that was being dumped above Shawnigan Lake, BC. I Love YOU!

Today’s Affirmation; I, _________, (insert your name here to trust yourself) have a chance today to build up trust with myself. When I make myself a promise to practice the piano or get up in the morning to exercise, then I actually do practice the piano and do my exercises, I increase the trust I have in me. When my gut tells me that this person or situation is not right for me and I listen, I am constructing trust in me. When my gut tells me this person or situation is right for me and I listen, I build trust in me. Each time I listen to my emotions, giving my emotions all the time they need to communicate their important information, I am building my trust in me. Each time I embrace my life as perfect just the way it is, I create in my heart a feeling of safety and trust myself a bit more. Thank you for stopping by for your daily encouragement. Thank you for building trust with you today. I Love YOU. <3 :~)

Knowing that I can trust me is the best feeling in the world. :~)

Today I am grateful for the permit that allowed the dumping of toxic soil into a watershed above Shawnigan Lake, the permit has been cancelled so that no more toxic dirt is allowed to be dumped into the quarry and now the company who made the mess, must be responsible for cleaning up the mess of toxic soil and everything else that goes with a toxic soil dump, in order to protect the local watershed, (Gratitude Dance To Shemama Shelagh Bell-Irving, Kyla Mortensen. Sonia Furstenau and everyone who contributed energy to caring for Shawingan Lake) for the gathering today at 5:00 of the humans that dedicated their hearts, time and minds to speak for the trees, frogs, water bugs, fish and thirsty people of Shawnigan Lake, we shared hugs, a feeling of hope for the future and an amazing sense of community and for Robert and I, taking time to go to the celebration today to connect with everyone we love who stood up for clean water, share hugs and witness the amazing feeling of community drawn together by adversity. Thank you for stopping by and being grateful with me today. I Love YOU. <3 :~)
