My heart was the first organ to form in my tiny body when I was only 18 days old inside my mom. My heart radiates an electromagnetic energy that is felt by every heart near & far. It is up to me to be responsible for the vibration my heart is emitting. I choose to focus my energy on creating a warmhearted & kind vibration for others to receive. I am empowered when I embrace the wisdom of my intuitive heart. My heart speaks to me through subtle sensations in my body & goosebumps on my skin. My heart is my superpower. My heart is my friend. My heart is my core. The more I trust and listen to my heart the easier it is for me to tell a fart from a proper feeling in my heart. Gifting myself the time necessary for me to connect to my heart through meditation or a walk in nature soothes every cell of my being. My heart rejoices when I listen to it's emotions. My heart gift's my entire body with relaxation after I listen to it's subtle vibrations. My heart need's me to acknowledge it's wants & needs. Sharing my emotions with my trusted friends nourishes my heart. My heart rewards me with low blood pressure when I listen to it's insight. My heart is in my capable hands. I trust me to care for my wise intuitive heart with forethought. I am a gifted child of Universal Love and Universal Love is excited when I share my gifts with the world.
