Today’s Affirmation; I, _________, (insert your name here to exude love always) exercise my heart by being lovingly patient today. Instead of exercising my heart physically today, my goal is to exert my heart by being loving in all situations. I take the situations that arise in my life, that cause me to feel stressed and turn my instant frustrated reaction, into a thought out plan for emitting compassion, patience, friendliness, forgiveness and faith. It is within my power to think before I act or speak, so that my words will be kind first and foremost. I feel empowered when I temper my emotions with my compassionate heart, increasing my self confidence, as with much practice I train myself to be composed. I radiate love from the every cell of my being and I feel safe. Thank you for the bit of time you spent here with me. Thank you for emitting self confidence and kindness. I Love YOU. <3 :~)

Today I am grateful for my favourite fried egg pan which is a low sided cast iron skillet, that is perfectly seasoned, is only used for fried eggs, allowing an exquisitely fried egg to be had each and every time, for learning the trick to keeping my cast iron skillet in impeccable shape, the cleaning technique I apply is to only use a clean cloth with no soap and hot water, just as a grill is cleaned in a professional kitchen there is no soap used, I put a bit of water in the pan, turn the burner on wait a few minutes until the hot water has loosened the food, wipe the pan dry, then oil the pan until it is sparkly clean ready to go again and for how the smell of bacon fills the house with its tantalizing aroma, creating in my heart a feeling of comfort, family and holidays.
