Today’s Affirmation; I, choose to obey myself today. When I make a plan to improve my life I promise to do what I say. My health is in my capable hands. I have a smart brain capable of encouraging my body to only consume what is really nourishing. I choose to eat lots of green vegetables, high quality protein that got to run around in the field and lots of fat! The Inuit were right! Fat is Fuel, the best fuel for my body. Butter, Cocoa Butter, Coconut Oil all yummy nutrient dense food. Which is why my body makes fat so that when there is no food, I will still be able to thrive.
