Organic Fresh Lemon Gello Recipe
5 Tablespoons Great Lakes Gelatin
2 Fresh Organic Lemons
1 Can Organic Full Cream Coconut Milk (my favourite is Chs’a)
1 glass bowl that holds 5 pints (as every tablespoon gels a pint)
Put the Gelatin in the bowl, get the fresh lemons and a zester or small holed grater and use the yellow skin from both the lemons to create a more lemony flavour, then juice the lemons, add 1 cup cold water, stir until all the gelatin and zest is mixed with the water about 1 minute, then add 2 cups of boiling water, stir the gelatin into the water until the gelatin is mixed all the way in. Now it is time to add the can of Organic Cha’s Coconut Cream, next it is time to add the fresh squeezed lemon juice. Mix well put a cover or lid on the bowl and put it in the fridge until the next day. Enjoy eating knowing you are nourishing your very core. Blessings, I Love YOU!
