Fitness Friday Lower Back Stretch

I have learned to love exercise. Since fall of 2017 until now I have gone from weighing 150 to 155 pounds to weighing 130 to 135 pounds! I weigh less now than I did in grade nine.
It is amazing that for the first time in my life I am getting to fall in love with my physical body.

Please love your body. I Love YOU. <3 :~)
