I, __________, make sure that I get to sleep for 8 to 9 hours a night. What is important for my body to function at it’s best is for me to rest. I am the only person who can turn off the computer or TV and go to bed early. I am the person who sits me down to meditate so my mind is calm and I drift off to sleep like a teenager. I have an opportunity to care for my wellness each and every night. I gift myself to nap in the day if I get less than 8 hours of sleep a night. Napping is a super power. I embrace sleep as my best friend and invite sleep into my mind, body and spirit. I am a well rested child of Universal Love and Universal Love feels rested when I am rested.
I, Stephanie, do my best to follow this rule. I deserve to nap too. When I get enough rest I feel like a million dollars. When I do not get enough rest I feel dizzy. Thank you for getting the rest you need to thrive. I Love YOU. <3 :~)
