Today’s Affirmation HIH #238 Meditation On Love

Spending ten to forty minutes a day in meditation increases the happiness in our lives. Meditation is a time tested way to help each of us love ourselves and others wholeheartedly. Meditation increase the size of my heart, the patience in my mind and my connection to source energy. Thank you for being Happiness Enhancers and increasing the happiness of the people in your lives.
