Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) accept the responsibility of creating a better world. I am a vibrational being so today I set my vibration to the long slow and steady vibration of Love. I bring into my consciousness only thoughts, emotions, and actions that bring the vibration of love to our Universe. I am excited and empowered by these ideas and I enthusiastically go forth and meet my day with gratitude. Love and Gratitude are the words that make the most stunning water crystals that Dr. Emoto studies. So today I just focus on those two words. I say I love you to people I pass on the street. I say thank you for everything, yes absolutely everything and my heart beat slows, I relax and I know all is well in our world. Thank you for your time.
