Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) always do my best. I realize that everyone on the planet has conversations in their head that they are aware of or not aware. I too have a conversations in my head and I choose to be aware of my little voices and what they are saying. I do my best to honour all my voices and evaluate my thoughts before I open my mouth to speak. I have repeated the mantra “I think before I act or speak” thousands of times. Today I am grateful for my mom, mother-in-law and grandmom’s! I was blessed to be raised by three strong women that inspired me to learn, think and grow into the lady that I am, and for my mother-in-law Vija who is one of the most generous, kind and hard working ladies any girl could want for a mother-in-law, and for knowing how lucky I am to be unconditionally loved by all the women in my life.
