Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) am glad I woke up again to spread my love on this planet like the healing balm. I visualize my love surrounding the planet and touching the hearts of all my earthy brothers and sisters. Our hearts send out an electromagnetic field more than twice the strength of our brains and our hearts start to beat in our mother’s womb before we even have a brain. Our heart energy is every where at once the energy that travels faster than the speed of light and connects to all other hearts instantaneously. I am you, you are me and we are one heart beating together. Thank you for sending and receiving love through out today and every day. Thank you for sharing your perfect and loving self with me.
Today I am grateful for the sun that has been waking me up for decades now and especially the last few days of bright cherry mornings and beautiful blue skies, for my messy office as I have an office to be messy and for learning that the most important action I can take while on this planet is to be kind, to think “I wonder why that person is distraught all I said was good morning and they respond with a fearful or angry look” so I then decide that maybe they did not have any great sex lately and that is why they are in a bad mood or maybe some body they loved just died so I send them light and love and do my best to lighten their mood and accept they are perfect just the way they are. I fill all the cells of my body with love so I have ample to give away through out the day. Thank you for sharing your perfect and loving self with me. I LOVE YOU! ♥ :~)
