Affirmation, Gratitude and Compassionate Communication

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) practice Compassionate Communication, take responsibility for my thoughts, feelings, actions and reactions. I speak in I statements, I listen to the needs behind the feelings in all conversations, I listen to my emotional body as the wise friend that it is. I value my emotions, they are like my compass in life as to how I am doing. I listen to words before I speak them. I take time to breathe, breathe, breathe and I feel better. I spend a few moments every day checking in on me, asking me Hey how am I doing? I am fulfilling my dreams. I make a pledge to myself, to honour my aspirations and I feel inspired. I am kindness incarnated to experience the giving of kindness to all.

Today I am grateful for Robert Cerins‘ amazingly fun art opening at the Gunnar Nordstrom Gallery last night, it was beautiful to witness the art collectors having long conversations with Robert about his technique, mediums and what inspires Robert to create such vibrant and playful art, for getting to spend time with some of my favourite people from my life Julie Keller Collison, and her children Ally Collison, Michelle Collison, Tony Collison and Cassandra Anne Maria Sandwith and her family we will be eating together and having wonderful conversations and for having a successful trip to see my Mom and stepfather Don as I believe my Mom felt unconditionally loved by me as that was my intention upon going on this trip. Thank you for your time. Thank you for sharing your openhearted self with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)
