Today I am grateful for the emotional growth I have made in the last 12 years as my heart opens, softens and expands I feel more alive and connected to each heart that beats, for the clear, bright and life giving desert sunrises that I have been blessed to witness each morning I have been here in St. George visiting my Mom and for getting to help my parents around their home being of service for whatever they need like doing a bit of deep cleaning and my stepfather even allowed me to give him a foot rub two nights ago for his back pain and he felt relief so tonight I shall give him another foot rub.
