Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) sense, that since I am just a drop of consciousness incarnated in the physical realm that everything else that is in my world is also a part of consciousness here to help me thrive as I am here to help life thrive in my own way. I conclude that the plants and animals have incarnated to nourish me too as consciousness created in me the need for food. So I give my gratitude to the plants and animals that I eat so that thankfulness abounds in my world. I am a part of everything and everyone in the physical realm as my DNA contains star dust, electricity and light as when I close my eyes I still see light and lots of it. So today I am in awe at how perfect of a place this is, I am loved, loving and loveable. I am capable and caring. I am here to witness how good it feels to choose love every moment of the day while being aware that my earthly journey is temporary, finite and fabulous.
