Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) practice viewing everything that happens as if it is exactly what I wanted to have happen. I create a good story out of all the events of my life. My dad died when I was 15, the good story I created from that life event is, I am capable of taking care of me, that death is not an ending of a relationship it is just a change in the relationship. I trust that my dad is still connected to me through the DNA he gave me, I have confidence that just because my dad left his body, he is still with me. I am created from his passion. I trust that I am better able to cope with the deaths that will happen around me in the future, because I have dealt with the death of my father in a caring manner. I realize that my dad was in my life the perfect length of time. He taught me the importance of laughing, hard work and being a good friend. I shall greet death with a smile as I get to see my dad. Thank you for making good stories from your life and sharing them with me. Thank you for being a bright light in my life. I Love You. :~)
Today I am grateful for waking up to a fire in the fireplace, as in my world I usually am the first one to wake up but the other morning I woke up to a fire already going in the wood stove, hearing the comforting sound of cracking and popping of wood burning my sweet husband Robert Cerins built the fire for me, for trusting that all is well in my world, my world is full of births, deaths, and just regular days, I embrace life, death and the regular days with a sense of adventure and a heart filled with curiosity, as when the time comes I want to accept death as if it was a chocolate bar, to taste it, to be excited by the new adventures I shall have with out my body, to connect to all my family that returned to pure energy a head of me and for the knowing that I am supposed to be here cheering up the planet one heart, one word and one smile at a time. I am capable of contributing to the peace of the world by being peaceful today. Thank you for joining me in being peaceful today. Thank you for bravely feeling your emotions what ever they may be in the moment. I Love You.
