Affirmation, Gratitude and Being Calm

Today’s Affirmation; I, have an opportunity today to contribute to world peace by being peaceful. I do my best to be calm today in all situations, so that at the end of the day I enjoy my behaviour. Being even-tempered is a skill I can hone. To hone my skill of being composed I pay attention to how I feel and the thoughts I am thinking. When I am attentive to my emotions I am able to respond to the events of my days with an overall sense of calmness. My emotions change all day long from calm to frustrated and everything in between. I embrace all my feelings as my friends and I feel empowered. I am able to emit a peaceful vibe by remaining relaxed. Thank you for being relaxed throughout your day today. Thank you for sharing a bit of your day with me. I Love YOU! <3 :~)

Today I am grateful for having a healthy body that is capable of housing my spiritual being, for knowing to the core of every cell of my being that my health is influenced by the food I eat, the thoughts I think and the feelings that I allow to flow through my heart, so today I do my best to eat whole food grown as locally as possible, I think thoughts that bring me hope and accepting every emotion as necessary and for getting to host the Happiness Enhancing Gathering tonight for the second time, at the Collective Space!
