When I am patient with my fears my heart relaxes and my mind is freer to find better solutions. It is up to me to speak to my heart when I feel my jaw clench, my stomach turn or my skin crawl. I thank my heart for making me aware of my discomfort then I draw myself a bath, go sit somewhere quiet to meditate or talk with a trusted friend are just a few examples of ways to bring our selves comfort.
