Healing My Heart Affirmation

Healing My Heart Affirmation It is up to me to heal my heart. I am the only person who can make the changes needed to heal my heart. My heart is counting on me to listen to its intuitive wisdom. My heart connects to all hearts that beat as the electromagnetic energy from my heart connects to the electromagnetic energy of all the other hearts that beat. When I truly internalize that there is electrical energy that connects all hearts I feel safe in the Universe. My heart needs my support. My heart needs me to believe that I live in a supportive Universe. My heart needs me to exercise & eat fresh fruits & vegetables & high quality appropriately raised protein. My heart needs me to make friends with people who listen to my stories with the ears of an elephant. The people in my life are excited to tell me their stories too because I love to listen to them. As I listen with interest to my friend's and loved ones' tales my heart heals. My heart is also grateful when I trust that everything always works out for the best of me. When I am able to give of myself to my family, community & world my heart feels content. I create good energy in my life by doing my best, paying attention & helping those in front of me with a willing and open heart.
