Choosing My Thoughts Affirmation
I  am going to do my best today to pay attention to what I am thinking about.  I have discovered that in order to be happy I need to create thoughts in my mind that bring me hope, creativity and compassion.  I  have an opportunity to be kind every day. I think about ways I can be really helpful to my family, co-workers and friends.  I create beautiful images in my mind of my future.  I visualize that my Visa balance is zero.  I use my powerful imagination to picture my perfect relationship,  job or home.
Every car, computer app, movie, video game and recipe started as someone's thought.  So today I take responsibility for my thoughts.  I consciously practice being grateful for everything.  I realize my thoughts are important so I  think beautiful thoughts.  I think constructive thoughts.  I think compassionate thoughts about how I can be peaceful, forgiving and contributing.  It is important for me to be appreciative of all that I  have now so that I appreciate all I am creating in the present.
It is possible to direct my thoughts the way I want my thoughts to go.  If  fear or doubt try to creep into my thoughts I remind myself that everything always works out for the best for me.  I give my best to the world so  I trust that the world gives its best to me.  I am enough!
I am a thoughtful child of Universal Love and Universal Love feels cared for when I think loving thoughts.
