Affirmation, Gratitude and Emotional Strength

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) spend this day paying attention to my emotional body, to my heart, my feelings and my intuition. I was imbued with emotions, feelings and intuition just as I was imbued with sight, taste, smell, touch and hearing so today I exercise my emotional body. I increase my emotional strength by listening to my feelings. My heart has neurons just as my brain does so my heart is smart as well as strong. My heart is my friend it shares with me when I am calm and centred by beating evenly and gently. My emotions guide me to as whether I am following my soul’s path as when I am on my right path my heart also beats evenly and calmly. I grow stronger every time I have an attitude of gratitude for my life in the now. When I accept you as perfect as you are, I grow stronger. When I forgive I grow emotionally stronger. And when I spend moments in appreciation my heart expands with joy. I exercise my happy muscles practicing being happy and thankful about everything. Thank you for joining me today. Today I am grateful for the people that research and study topics I am interested in like how we are all connected at the vibrational level of the heart, the Institute of Heart Math, The Heart’s Code by Paul Pearsall and Authentic Happiness by Dr. Martin Seligman are a few of my favourites, for the ability I posses to read, learn, understand and experiment with the new ideas I internalize and for the feedback I am getting from the world that the way I am brings joy to the people who witness who and how I am.
