Affirmation, Gratitude and Nettles

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie (insert your name here if you like) choose to make decisions in my best interest and the best interest of my the people in my life as when the people in my life are happy then I am happy and when the people in my life are uncomfortable than I too have little comfort. I allow my heart to guide me and help me to bring a sense of calm to me that I am able to share with everyone I meet. I realize that my thoughts and perspectives create my reality so today I focus on that which I am creating, on that which I am grateful for having and on my connections with the people in my life. As my life is only as good as the heartfelt connections I have with others. I choose to see the people in my life through the eyes of patience, kindness and collaboration. I am visualizing my connections being peaceful, caring and cooperative. Thank you for joining me here today. Thank you for sharing your warm wishes with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

Today I am grateful for making it an entire week without dairy, gluten or eggs and the rash on my rib cage is gone and the rash on each bicep is almost gone and no more itching, I love caring for my body through proper nutrition, for nettles growing so near our home that yesterday we took a walk through a forrest path for about 15 minutes, found the nettles exactly where they were last year, cut a bunch down with a pair of scissors, brought them home and made cold Gazpacho soup from the fresh nettles, onions, garlic, celery, turmeric, Real Salt (from Redmond Utah), and an avocado it was so good, and for the big, vibrant, yellow skunk cabbage that blossoms in the swamps around the area I was raised and also blossoms where I live now, even in my yard, that always reminds me of my mom’s mom my Grandma Ruth, so today I honour my Grandma Ruth’s love of this giant, stinky, brilliant flower, that my grandma took hundreds of photographs every spring and her unconditional love of me. I always love you Grandma Ruth. Thank you for the time you spend with me today. Thank you for sharing your hope with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

I love the reminders I get through nature of the people in my life I love. :~)
My grandma Ruth use to love taking pictures of this plant the Skunk Cabbage that guess what smells like a skunk! :~)
