Affirmation, Gratitude and Breathing

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) know that any time I am stressed that I am able to breathe my stress away. I inhale slowly, deeply and repeatedly until the stress has diminished and my emotional composure is returned to it’s normal state of calmness. I am in charge of where I put my focus and what I choose to value, so today I value laughs, helpfulness, compassion, patience, and friendship. I value the emotional body of everyone I meet knowing that the emotions are the powerhouse of my being. I feed positive emotions. I feed my faith with stories of my past successes. I feed my hope with dreams of cheering up the planet. I am creating a vortex of joy to touch all hearts.

Today I am grateful for being able to say no, as for years I just said yes to everyone, even doing stuff that I would dislike myself for later as I was scared to be alone, for knowing who I am, what I will do and will not do, to me or anyone else (it feels good to know how I will respond) and for being patient enough to allow each person to reveal themselves to me, without me needing them to be any other way then the way they are, as everyone is right where they are supposed to be, is what I believe in my heart. Thank you for your precious time. Thank you for sharing your true self with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)
