Affirmation, Gratitude and Strength

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) plan to be kind, patient and compassionate to me. I think words that encourage me. I re-feel feelings that make me feel empowered, competent and capable. I spend my day feeling proud of myself. I think of all I have accomplished. My memories stay focused on when I have succeeded. The more I focus on my strengths the better I feel, the better I feel the happier I am and the more my vibration is in alignment with Universal Love. My most important adventure while breathing is to stay focused on making a great story out of every event in my life, that somehow whatever happens it was for my benefit, spiritual growth or so that I am able to experience bliss. Thank you for creating a blissful experience for yourself today. Thank you for believing in your self worth today. I Love You.  :~)

Today I am grateful for the ability I have cultivated in myself to be able to enjoy the repetitive tasks in life, like doing the dishes, sweeping the floor, cleaning the washroom, doing energy jump start sessions through the mediums of reflexology, reiki and reiki distance healing, for discovering that the way for me to be happy, is to start by finding something to be grateful for, something that makes my heart sing like doing another energy jump start session or spending time in conversations with friends then I am in vibrational alignment with the Universal Energy Field and for feedback that I have been getting in my life, letting me know that my path to being recognized as someone who is trustworthy at relieving discomfort through reflexology/reiki and empathetic listening is being reflected to me by my clients. Thank you for finding one aspect of your life to be grateful for today. Thank you for courageously being present to your emotions today. I Love You.  :~)
