Affirmation, Gratitude and Perimenopause

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) believe that my future is in my capable hands and that the more I focus on how I want my life to be, the more I am able of achieving my dreams. My research on how to be happy started with my dream of being happy just for the sake of being happy, as my family had everything motorcycles, horses, food, shelter and family and my parents were not happy. So as a teenager I knew what I wanted most in life was to be happy, the answers to how to be happy came from books written by enlightened souls that wanted to share their experiences with others on the road to being blissful. Since there are many books written on how to be happy, there has been much advice for me to sift through and the main points that many books state over and over again are; To be grateful for something every day, To emote emotions that are helpful to myself and others, To stay focused on what I am capable of doing and most of all to be patient with an ever expecting heart is a good start to being happy today. Thank you for finding something to be grateful for today. Thank you for sharing your joy with others. I Love YOU.  :~)
