Affirmation, Gratitude and Helpfulness

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) care for myself as if I was my husband or best friend. I put my needs first today so that I am able, from today forward to give from a place of fullness. It is up to me to ask for help when I need it and to trust help will be there for me. It is up to me to rest when I need to. My health is in my capable hands and when I care for me first, I feel safe. The more I allow my needs to matter, the more empowered I feel, the more empowered I feel, the more capable I am and the more I am able to be useful in this world. I embrace my strengths as well as my weaknesses and I feel whole. Thank you for embracing all of you today. Thank you for believing in your self worth. I Love You.  :~)

an image of two cartoon people that have no distinguishing features one person is helping another person out of a hole with the words that say "Provide opportunity for otheres to grow by asking them for help." by the way the two people images are just solid colours of light green and dark green. :~)
I love to be helpful and I am now ready to give other people the gift of being helpful by bravely asking for help. :~)

Today I am grateful for Robert Cerins making a bunch of sales calls to different stores and art galleries that would sell his earring for us and he got an appointment with the Royal BC Museum for tomorrow at 2:00pm, for getting all the papers to the ICBC so that we can get a settlement for our car being totaled two years ago on March 28th and for getting to go to Susan Murray‘s home last night and get my hair cut then share a healing session of Reflexology/Reiki to help relieve some of the stress she has been going through, I love to barter for my healing sessions. Thank you for finding ways to love what you do today. Thank you for sharing your truth today. I Love You.  :~)
