Today’s Affirmation; I, have a chance today to approve of me. I spend this day encouraging myself by speaking words that create in my heart a feeling of courage. I look into my favourite mirror so that I can see deep into my eyes and say “I Love Me. I am valuable. I am beautiful. I am kind. I am funny. I am an asset to my community. I am a good friend. I am a good listener. I am helpful. I am necessary just like the sunshine. I am the most important person I need to impress. After encouraging myself by looking in the mirror my heart feels full. I have the power to speak kindly to me today. Thank you for being kind to you today. Thank you for being here with me today. I Love YOU. <3 :~)

Today I am grateful for finding all the paint I need to finish up fixing up the home we are living in right in the shed in the backyard, it is a nice light blue colour too, so no money out of my pocket and using up old paint from 2012 that is being used up instead of being thrown out, for finding this wonderful Halloween Costume in the home I am cleaning, what a great gift from my Halloween Angels and for the beautiful sunny days we are having right now which is helpful as I am washing the outside windows of the home we are staying in today, so they will sparkle.
