Today’s Affirmation; I, have an opportunity today to contribute to the well being of the people in my family, community and world. It is up to me to make the world a better more peaceful place by being peaceful and helpful. I choose to believe that each person on our planet is here to contribute to the well being of another. I sit in meditation visualizing Universal love filling the cells of every person on earth and I feel connected to source energy. I am a trustworthy child of Universal Love and Universal Love is proud of me for trusting my intuition.

Today I am grateful for all the wonderful things it was my pleasure to do yesterday. The first thing I did was to go to Sarah Wilson‘s home and finish up the Cowichan Healing Arts Expo Program. Sarah helped me to edit it. The next fun activity I took part in was to clean a friend’s home, it warms my heart to help my friends and listen to their entire being. Then to top off the day I got to go share a relaxing, rejuvenating and restorative session of Reflexology/Reiki with one of my clients. I feel empowered when I get to wear many hats in one day.
