Today’s Affirmation Eating For Wellness

I, __________, focus my attention on health, abundance and compassion. It is important for my over all wellness to believe in my bodies immune system. I support my immune by taking some Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin Sleep, some homemade food created with love by me and visualizations that my community and I are well. I am a powerful co-creator of my health. I am choosing to reduce my sugar intake to boost my immune system as well. I increase my chances of being well by paying attention to my eating habits. The more green vegetables I eat the better I feel. Eating a rainbow of food nourishes many of my senses. I am a well nourished child of Universal Love and Universal Love gifted us with nourishing food that nurtures us.

I, Stephanie, gave up eating white sugar in 1994 and started eating 99% organic the same year. I understand the relationship to eating well and and over all wellness. Thank you for cooking for yourself today. I Love YOU! <3 :~)
