As I walk in the woods on this beautiful path of speckled light shining through the Fir, Cedar and Arbutus trees inhaling the invigorating smell of the forest, I feel alive. It is a miracle that I have finally fallen in love with me. Instead of investing my time and energy in another relationship I invested my time and energy in me!

I feel like a child again. I have given myself permission to be innocent again even though deep in my heart I know I am going to willingly shed my earthly meat suit at exactly the perfect time for me. I realize my self work has paid off. I have been eating well and my body reflects my new eating plan. Fueling my body with yummy raw organic cocoa butter instead of carbs has gives me a new level of energy and my body is my perfect weight! My back pain is gone because I have faithfully done my core exercises for a few months now. I am elated, I finally put me first!

The collagen I have been consuming for 6 months has smoothed my skin and I feel sexier than ever, in another 6 months maybe I will look even younger! It is a pleasure when I see my reflection in the mirror. I look deep into the reflection of my eyes and say I love YOU. It is an astonishing feat that what I think matters and that I am finally able to say what I feel and what I want. It is even a miracle that I know what I want now. The most important thing for me to do is to feed myself as if I am a sacred spiritual being (because I am). I am what I eat so to be a wholesome person I eat wholesome organic foods and beverages.

It is such a amazing achievement that I have broken my families tradition of addictions my father’s to alcohol and my mother’s to prescription drugs for her Rheumatoid Arthritis. I am now honoring my earthly meat suit by drinking only water, herbal teas and fresh squeezed juices which enables every cell of my body to feel loved. Feeling good as if I am young again because I am fueling my body with what it needs instead of just what my tongue wants to eat.

It worked! The self-help books said if I really love the life I have I can build the life of my dreams and it is true. I thought and felt my way into a new way of life, a new way of being and I feel blessed. Being Thankful for Everything worked! Now I really have everything to be grateful for because I love ME.

I am an appreciated child of Universal Love and Universal Love is thankful I got the plot of life! To Be Grateful For Everything!
