Affirmation, Gratitude and Service

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) intend to feel hopeful, grateful and helpful every moment of every day. I live to love and be of service to the people in my life. I share my heart openly and honestly and I feel light and bouncy. Writing these daily affirmations and gratitude keep strengthening my own inner source of appreciation for life. I trust in the process of life and all is well in my world. Thank you for your time. Thank you for witnessing my words. I Love You.

Today I am grateful for my ability to trust in the pharmacy of nature and the healing ability of my body as today is day 4 since I sprained my ankle and I can see a difference in the bruising where I put the fresh comfrey leaves, the area that was under the comfrey is lighter colour, while the bruise above where the comfrey was applied is much darker purple also my toes did not get comfrey and they are a bit darker (I have taken images and will post), for my ability to rest when I need to and for getting to connect with two of our friends yesterday William Barnhart and his lovely wife Marrianne. William trailered their sail boat from Mesa, Arizona to Anacortes, WA launched their boat and came up for a visit so we went to the marina where they docked their boat for the night and we brought a lovely picnic lunch of local organic greens from Mobetta Herbs and Greens, homemade rawkers, some garlic scape pesto and pepper nori rolls and Marrianna shared some lovely cheese, salad and condiments. I am thankful for all the friends we share this planet with. Bill’s boat was lovely as he rebuilt if from his artistic passion. Here is a link to his web site.
Thank you for your time. Thank you for sharing your sacred self with me. I Love You.

A watercolour painting of Salt Spring Island, BC. The colours are soft and luscious.
An image of a painting of Salt Spring Island, BC by Robert Cerins. The whimsical style of Robert’s paintings brings joy to my soul.
