Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) feel empowered that my attitude and energy has the ability to resonate and that people who are looking for a happy vibe are noticing that I am exuding it. The feedback I am getting is inspiring me to read more, write more, and stay focused on constructive and fruitful thoughts. Keeping peaceful relationships with everyone in my life is heart warming, encouraging and inspiring. I receive every event, word heard and action witnessed as healing for my soul. Today I am grateful for being able to change my mind, my eating habits, my drinking habits, my physical habits, my belief habits and most importantly my thought habits, for the ability to trust my intuition in matters of my health, my choices and my thoughts. I believe that my thoughts have creative power so I am careful which thoughts I am thinking repeatedly and do my best to focus my thoughts on all the beneficial aspects of my life’s events, I believe that if it happens in my life it is for my best interest. And I am grateful for sharing my life with a man who helps me be more of me, more out going, more brave, more safe, more accepted and more loved than ever. Thank you for sharing your time with me.
