Affirmations, Gratitude and Confidence

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) build my sense of confidence in small ways every day. I praise myself for accomplishing small and large goals daily. I celebrate even the smallest success with a gratitude dance (like I cleaned the house gratitude dance or I cooked a healthy nourishing dinner gratitude dance.) I choose to make the most of all the good in my life and accept the rest as fertilizer for my continued growth. I am blessed with the ability of choice and I choose an attitude of gratitude for all of the blessings in my life. Thank you for your time. Thank you for sharing your honest and happy self with me.

Today I am grateful for Linda O’Connor who called me up and asked me if I would like some energy healing on my foot and ankle and as I love Linda and believe in her healing abilities I said yes, as long as I do not need to work tomorrow Sat. morning then as I did not need to work, I called Linda yesterday and she said yes she could come over still and share her healing energy with me and after her session my foot was 50% less sore, Woo Hoo Linda! Gratitude Hop! ♥ I am thankful for all the loving people in my life! I am also grateful for summer family gatherings as yesterday we went to friends and had a gathering where there were people ranging in age from 2 years old to 79 years old! What fun! And I am grateful that my mother in law was released from hospital yesterday after her knee replacement and she was doing great! Gratitude Hop! ♥ :~) Thank you for your valuable time. Thank you for sharing your kindnesses and heart with me. I Love You.

This image of an original painting Time Out by Robert Cerins reminds us to take time out and look at our behaviour. Is it really serving us to our highest good?
