Affirmation, Gratitude and Slippers!

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, choose to see my spiritual self as my most important self. I believe that my spirit is connected to every spirit that is on the planet now or every was. My spirit is a part of the universal spirit that fills every beating heart. I want to be like the cells of my body cooperative, creative and cleaver, caring for my existence every moment of the day whether I acknowledge them or not. So today I practice being cooperative in all my dealings with people just as my trillions of cells cooperate. I create ways to be helpful to the people who cross my path today just as all my cells help each other and me thrive. I care about your well being as if it is my well being as I believe we are all one. Somehow if you are suffering I am suffering too. So my wish for all beings is love, contentment and kindness.

Today I am grateful for getting my big red sheepskin slippers back (made by http://www.soulcomfortsheepskin.com/ right here in the town where I live) as they had been missing for a couple of weeks and I had no idea where I left them I just kept on thinking they will turn up and then when Cathy Key invited us to her home last weekend she said “you can pick up your slippers when you come for your sleep over” then I did a Gratitude Dance because my feet are warm now thanks to my slippers and Cathy for making sure I took them home this time, for all the warm wool sweaters the I have to keep my warm and dry during the wonderful rainy season that is now upon us Woo Hoo I can feel the mushrooms growing and for getting to chat on Facebook with my brother Tim Sorensen while he is visiting our mother it was a great connection with him and I feel comforted. Thank you for this time we shared. Thank you for opening your heart and spirit with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

A black and white sketch of an eye to remind us that all eyes see all.
We are the ones we have been waiting to. I have the power to change me. That is the biggest super power of them all. :~)
