Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) focus on all that is working well in my life. The more I focus on what is good in my life the better I feel, the better I feel, then more good can come to me and I create a positive feedback loop that fills my life with abundance. I see a glass with any amount of water and it quenches my thirst. I witness life with the eyes of a child knowing that I am being taken care of by the same hand that guided me to incarnate into physical form and gave me I all I needed for years before I even realized I existed. I trust that this life is beautiful, loving, supportive and sensual. I am safe. I am safe. I am safe, as I am a spiritual being incarnated to explore my senses to the fullest, to thrive and to share all that has been given to me with you.
Today I am grateful for getting to spend Saturday evening and Sunday evening with close friends and family, Saturday night we celebrated Robert Cerins‘ parents 60th wedding anniversary with a yummy dinner, lovely conversations and lots of hugs then Sunday night we went to celebrate the birth of Madhu Bolton and myself at Madhu and Cathy Key‘s home where the food was fabulous, the music played by Robert and Madhu was improv and had a good groove, the desert apple crisp turned out yummy, and for waking up overlooking salt water, a beautiful bay, gray skies, stillness everywhere and the only noise is the crackling of the wood stove and the running of the fridge. Beauty abounds in my life. Thank you for listening to my stories. Thank you for sharing your joyous heart with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)
