Affirmation, Gratitude and A Spirit Award

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) choose to live this day in openness and compassion. I have this day to influence my future so I live today in appreciation for all I have. I appreciate my loving relationship with Robert Cerins, my friends and my family. I dedicate my life to loving first, forgiving first, being friendly first, knowing that every act I do from my heart in unconditional kindness speeds forth to the furthest reaches of the Universe and is felt by each being with a heart. I trust that giving and receiving are the same. I allow myself the courage to grow into my most loving self. I invest in my health by thinking positive thoughts, mastering my emotions and believing in the good in every human heart. I trust in the goodness that is you. Thank you for your moments. Thank you for sharing your perfect self with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

Today I am grateful for receiving the 8th Annual Spirit Award 2012 from the Cowichan Bio-Diesel Coop (I feel honoured and appreciated by our wonderful Bio-Diesel Coop, we buy the fuel here for our TDI Jetta Station wagon and it feels good to use a waste product, used french fry oil, to fuel our car) for being committed to doing things different once I realize that there is a more sustainable way, I support that way of life, that is why I have been eating organic since 1994 and for believing that through my thoughts, feelings and actions I influence my world, I vote with my dollars for a sustainable environment by purchasing locally grown organic food, thinking before I buy anything and for trusting that just as I am right where I am supposed to be for my highest purpose then I believe all of mankind is exactly where we are supposed to be for our collective highest purpose. Thank you for a few moments of your day. Thank you for sharing your loving soul with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

An image of a wooden plaque with a car engraved on it and my name with kind words. :~)
I got an award for being a supporter of a local Coop that sells used french fry oil to run our car.
