Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) hold on to the belief that I am a spiritual being that one day shall shed this physical form to float back to infinity and beyond. So today I imagine being only a spiritual being floating in the either knowing that I am infinite, safe and energy unbounded. I stand in the knowing that I am connected to the consciousness of every human on the planet by our common brain waves, electromagnetic energy emitted by our hearts and by the DNA we share 99.9% the same as every human being on the planet. I am 99.9% the same as everyone on the planet, I have the same need to be loved, to be respected, to be cared about and to be of service. I bet most of us even have the same fears, fear of dying, fear of loneliness, fear of lack and fear of being hurt. So today I love just so I know that a person incarnated in the physical form is capable of choosing to be kind under all circumstances, putting the emotional health of the other above one’s own personal emotional state in the moment. I choose to see you as the innocent spiritual being that you are, whole, perfect and complete at every stage of life.
Today I am grateful for being able to smell as the lilacs, hyacinths and many spring smells that I know not where it is coming from, only that it delights my nose and tickles my mind with the bewitching scent of spring, for getting to do a healing session for a client yesterday as she had severe tension in her whole body from the pain she was having before the session and felt relief after my energy jumpstart session (gratitude dance sharing the love of the Universe) and for my belief that since I am right where I am supposed to be for my soul’s highest growth then so must humanity in my belief be right where it is supposed to be for our collective highest soul’s growth.
