Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) am so enjoying exploring how much of a healing and helping influence I can have while in this physical form. I choose to live the by the spiritual law that what ever vibration emanates from me, is how the universe shall vibrate back to me, as the Universe must always meet me where I am. So today I broadcast love, forgiveness, compassion, faith, kindness, joy and curiosity so that the Universe feels my adventurous and blissful vibration and answers me with unconditional love and abundance. I love being responsible for my vibrations, understanding that my response to life is in my capable hands and I choose to respond with a yes to life, a yes to love, a yes to acceptance and a yes to change as it is the only constant. I choose how I respond to every person, situation and event that happens in my life whatever the actions, emotions and circumstances are, so that I am pleased with my behaviour in every condition life offers. I am the witness and guide of my emotions so that I may travel this life with ease.
Today I am grateful for getting to have dinner and a jam tonight with Eugene Nep, Madhu Bolton, Cathy Key and Jess Mookherjee just to name a few of the lovely people I shall be hanging with tonight, for coming home last to night the the smell of a yummy portobello mushroom dinner created by the talentedRobert Cerins and for mainfesting my dream marriage with Robert as we are helpful for each other, we both want the best for the other, we watch each others backs and do our best to listen to each other, taking everything in stride, trusting each other deeply.
