Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) as of today make friends with my spirit, my inner wisdom and my spark. I earn my spirits respect, by listening to my inner voice, by taking my own wise advice, then acting on it, by saying no, when I need to, by saying yes, when I need to, by learning to trust my inner guide one moment at a time. Each time I trust my gut, my confidence grows. Every time I heed my intuition, my courage blossoms. I take care of my needs, one by one as I realize I have needs and I am better able to care for the needs of my friends, family and community. I am valid because I am here. I am necessary as the sun, moon and stars. I am as important as the homeless person, the king, the president, the prime minister, the nurses, the moms, the dads, the farmers, the thieves, the doctors, we are all necessary, as we live in a Universe where even electricity, needs positive and negative to function properly. I perceive life as miracle and I feel safe.
Today I am grateful for the written words of others, which have taught me about patience, self love, acceptance, compassionate communication, awareness, confidence and unconditional love, for the wisdom I have gained listening to the people who cross my path, as I love to learn from the experience of others and for Johannes Gutenberg for inventing the moveable-type printing press, as the printing press helped more people learn to read, become empowered and share what they learned easily.
