Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) visualize myself during my healing sessions and as I write these words as an unconditional love collector that then, shares the loving energy I have collected with everyone I meet, just as the sun shares it’s heat. I allow myself to absorb the love generated by my thoughts, feelings and actions so that I may shower everyone who witnesses my energy with a feeling of calmness and safety. I boldly generate love for all to savour. I am capable of stoking the flames of love with my energy and consciousness, to warm all hearts. I innocently believe that “As I think so shall it be” so I think happy, I think helpful, I think of ways to be giving in creative and constructive ways and I visualize every stomach feeling full after I have eaten and when I am feeling loved, I imagine every heart sparked by my heart, just as my heart was jump started from the energy of my mothers heart, when I was in the womb. I trust myself to be kind as I see my heart as yours. I choose to empathize with all hearts so that I feel connected to my own heart.
Today I am grateful for understanding that in order to receive love, I must be able to give love, as giving love is the easiest way to feeling loving, as when I share my love with another I get to feel the love first, so anytime I want to feel love I choose to love either myself or another and I feel comforted, for imagining a love repository that is contributed to each time I exude a feeling of love, that all hearts are capable of drawing on at a moments notice, which inspires me to emote love daily and for seeing the innocence of every heart that beats, as all beings just want to be loved and accepted just the way we are.
