Affirmation, Gratitude and Manure

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) know that being uncomfortable is a sign of growth, expansion and progress. I accept that when I am challenging myself to becoming a world class writer that I shall make mistakes and then do my best to rejoice in those mistakes as if they are the grandest of successes. I invest in myself and my family every time I trust that we are exactly where we are supposed to be. I incarnated to experience, generate and share compassion to the best of my spiritual capacity, while being human too. I launch myself into this day with delight and I embrace the rain with a new admiration as the rain chases the cold away. Yeah!
Today I am grateful for a chance to understand myself, my emotions and how my attitude effects every aspect of my life, so today I go forth with love in my heart to witness what happens, for allowing my emotions to flow through me like electricity flows through a wire of gold, effortlessly, comfortably and smoothly, as I trust that my emotions are a large part of my energy body, I do my best to harness my emotional energy for productive results and for understanding that I need fertilizer as well as sunshine and water to flourish, so today I am grateful for the manure that nourishes my growth. Thank you for the precious time you were here today. Thank you for sharing your manure with me. I Love You. :~)

Even fish love music as we are all vibrations incarnated to dance. :~)

  1. wow — I need this one — right now. I will be reading this one a few times. Finding a job is something news to me. My attitude must follow with the need. Thanks Stephanie!
