Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) love the feeling I get when I care for me, when I exercise, meditate and get enough rest I feel empowered, enlightened and engaged. My biggest job is to care for me, nourish me and honor my body temple with acceptance that I am a perfectly fallible human with a perfectly infinite core. So today I explore my immense spiritual side that is hungering to blossom into it most compassionate self when I water my heart with patience, kindness and acceptance. I see everyone I meet as an innocent child that is either exuding love or fear. I accept what everyone is emitting as perfect at the time and I share my empathy with courage that I shall find connection in pain as well as in bliss. I courageously embrace every emotion that arises in me with a sense of adventure and I feel safe.
Today I am grateful for having the opportunity to explore the physical plane with a body that is capable of feeling pleasure, pain, connection and disconnection so that I am able to understand contrast, explore choice and expect change to occur on a daily basis, for coming to grips that the people I love are able to transform back to pure energy at a moments notice, and that when each person I love chooses to transform, it is my mission to rejoice at their metamorphosis, accept their change and gracefully invite new friends into my heart to join me in joy and for trusting that just like a butterfly transforms from a little worm into a grand flying machine I know too that one day I shall joyously reshape my being back to pure energy to flow throughout all consciousness infecting all the DNA of creation with bliss. Thank you for being joyful for any reason today. Thank you for sharing your fear and faith with me. I Love You. :~)
