Affirmation, Gratitude and Self-Care

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) practice caring for me, my body, my mind and my spirit today. The only person that is responsible for my health, my happiness and my harmonious thoughts is me. So I spend time appreciating me today. I look in the mirror as I brush my teeth and I say to me “I Love Me”, “I Respect Me”, “I Trust Me”, “I Value Me”, “I Listen To Me”, I repeat these words or other words that bring me comfort and I feel confident. It is up to me to instill poise, patience, confidence and assertiveness in my heart so that I am able to care for MY needs today. When all my needs are met, then every cell of my being is overflowing with energy to share. The more kindly I speak to me, the more forgiving I am of my flaws, the more I am able to accept everyone else as perfect just as they are. Thank you for accepting yourself as perfect today. Thank you for allowing yourself to blossom today. I Love You.  :~)

Today I am grateful for sticking to my twenty minute meditation sessions every morning, since going to see Asrael Zemenick, who reminded me that I would feel more centred daily by meditating each morning, for starting to do some exercises in the early hours of the day, after my meditation so that the first things I do at daybreak are nourishing to my body, mind and spirit, since I am the only person who is capable of caring for me, I make it a priority each day and for knowing that the better I care for me the better I am going to be at caring for my family, friends and clients. Thank you for making yourself a priority today. Thank you for nourishing your whole being today. I Love You.  :~)
