Affirmation, Gratitude and Thanksgiving

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) am blessed with a healthy body that lives to serve the people in my life. I find the best way for me to feel love is to share the love in every cell of my body in healthy, life affirming ways. So today I feel the love I exude when I am patient with myself, my husband and everyone else. The more I am able to give my love and energy in a detached, secure and self confident manner the stronger I feel. I also make sure that I am getting my own needs met so that I am giving from a state of fullness. I get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. I nourish my body with whole food, lots of vegetables and locally raised protein. The more I trust and respect me the more my life is filled with joy and the easier it is for me to trust and respect other people in my life too. Thank you for trust and respecting you today. Thank you for being yourself today. I Love You. :~)

Today I am grateful for getting to celebrate Thanksgiving with Robert Cerins family, as his parents are still alive and they are 90 and 82 years young, with Pipi & Bob Tustian and their two fine sons Riley and Kayden it was a yummy, joyful evening, for opening a 15 litre sauerkraut crock and finding 15 litres of yummy sauerkraut ready to eat, this batch has fresh turmeric slices in it which are bright orange, then I refilled the 15 litre crock with fresh organic cabbage from Alderlea Farm, Redmond Salt, from Utah, some organic Walla Walla Sweet onions from The Community Farm Store, a bit of local organic garlic from a friend and love, and for the wonderful feedback I am receiving from the customers who purchase my sauerkraut to nourish their gut flora. Thank you for feeding your gut flora today, then it will care for you. Thank you for being Thankful today. I Love You.

This is the lovely family I received when I was blessed to marry Robert.  :~)

My hair was short in this picture, because I cut off 17 inches to give to children that have cancer so they can have a wig.

an image of grandparents, their children and their grand sons, out in the yard on a sunny day.
My husband’s family that he shares with me. I am blessed. :~)
