Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) practice the art of loving what is today. I trust that I am right where I am supposed to be, so that means to me, that I am willing to trust where everybody else is too. This earthly journey is easiest for me to walk when I act as if I am an enlightened spiritual being detached from worldly outcomes. The more I put one foot in front of the other on my path to cheering up the planet knowing that the Universe will lead me to the right people, at the right time allows me to joyously continue to write these affirmations. I embrace my role as the bringer of smiles. I exude kindness by holding doors, volunteering for projects that warm my heart and lending my hands to friends in need. Today I am grateful for the growth of my Reflexology/Reiki business, as sharing the healing energy the Universe provides me eases the discomforts of the people who have found me to be trustworthy, gladdens my heart, for one of my clients trying the castor oil nightly belly rub I suggested, where the person massages castor oil into their tummy before going to sleep then puts a hot water bottle or heating pad on and their tummy, which encourages the soothing of the castor oil to seep into their cells creating healing during the night and for the realization that the more I accept life just the way it is with an attitude of gratitude for everything that happens the more I am in the flow of life energy. Thank you for accepting everything in your life today with an open heart. Thank you for sharing your joy with me. I Love You. :~)
