Affirmation, Gratitude and LNG

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have a chance today to care for my entire planet by caring for me. The more I am aware of my personal vibration, the emotions I am exuding and the words I am speaking, the better my chance of emitting peace and calmness. I trust the spiritual masters who have come before me when they have said that as I am, so is the world. So today I choose to think before I act or speak so that I am happy with my tone of voice and responses I give in all situations. When I spend a few moments with my thoughts and feelings before I express myself, I am clear headed and able to communicate my emotions in ways that are easy for the person I am speaking with to understand, then being understood I have a better chance of getting my needs met because I have connected with the person’s heart. Thank you for connecting to your heart today. Thank you for expressing your needs calmly. I Love You.

Today I am grateful for men like Adam Olsen who is helping to raise awareness that in a sacred water way called the Saanich Inlet near my home there is an attempt to install a floating Liquid Natural Gas plant and a 600 megawatt generation station to power the whole plant, for the chance I have to be a part of the solution, so I shall volunteer and write a letter to the National Energy Board of Canada to tell them I do not want a LNG plant on the pristine Vancouver Island, BC, and for feeling empowered to spread the message that burning 100% bio-diesel in our car made by the Cowichan Bio-diesel Coop is the funnest way for me to help reduce my carbon foot print, support a local business and take care of my car as bio-diesel is better for my car’s engine as it is for my lungs. We are the change, we wish to see in the world. Thank you for caring for the world around you today as it is our world. Thank you for believing that you are a powerful spiritual being here to love. I Love You. heart emoticon :~)
